Assessment Procedures

In order to assess whether or not accessibility options have been disabled, utilize the following steps to perform your test:

  • Set various accessibility options in the operating system.
  • Open the software application to determine if the previously set accessibility options are still available.
  • Take special note whether the accessibility options that were previously set are still available.
  • There may be tools to automate this procedure. Since all twelve provisions can not be measured in an automated way, manual test procedures must accompany any automated processes used to ensure complete testing is performed, and eliminate inaccurate results.
