ACoP on the Road - CSUN Assistive Technology Conference

On March 22, 2018, a group representing the Accessibility Community of Practice (ACoP) presented at the annual CSUN Assistive Technology Conference in San Diego, California. Speakers included Tim Creagan and Bruce Bailey (U.S. Access Board), Robert Baker (DHS), and John Sullivan (GSA). The CSUN Conference provides an inclusive environment for practitioners, researchers, users, and other stakeholders to share expertise, best practices, and challenges in the field of assistive technology and accessibility.

The ACoP group presented a high-level overview of the Revised 508 Standards and implementation resources to an audience of state and non-governmental organizations interested in learning about and adopting Federal Government accessibility tools and standards.
